How can we help?

Find quick answers about subscriptions, privacy, reminders, and getting SkinGlo working smoothly.

01

Subscriptions

How do I restore purchases?

Open SkinGlo and choose Restore Purchases on the membership or subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase and have an internet connection.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions and SkinGlo. Apple may occasionally adjust these labels. Deleting the app or deleting local SkinGlo data does not cancel a subscription.

Why is my subscription still active after cancellation?

Canceling renewal does not normally terminate already-paid access immediately. Access generally continues until the current entitlement expires.

What happens when membership expires?

Paid SkinGlo functionality becomes unavailable. Locally retained journal information is not intentionally deleted solely because membership expired. Restoring an eligible purchase or resubscribing can restore access to that locally retained data.

Looking for a refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its policies.

02

Data & privacy

Your SkinGlo check-ins, routines, history and saved skin photos are stored locally on your device in the current app architecture.

To permanently remove the locally stored information covered by SkinGlo’s deletion feature, open:

ProfileData & PrivacyDelete my SkinGlo data

Important: deleting local SkinGlo data does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Reminders

If you grant permission, SkinGlo may schedule the reminders you choose to enable, such as daily check-ins or weekly photos. Available options may evolve as SkinGlo develops.

You can change notification permission for SkinGlo in iOS Settings. Reminder preferences that are available in the app can be adjusted there as well.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps in order:

  1. 1
    Close and reopen SkinGlo

This refreshes the current app session.

  2. 2
    Check your internet connection

A connection is needed for subscription verification.

  3. 3
    Use Restore Purchases

Choose this on the membership screen when an eligible purchase is not recognized.

  4. 4
    Verify App Store status

Check the SkinGlo entry in your Apple subscription settings.

  5. 5
    Contact support

Include what you expected, what happened, and any steps you already tried. Do not send private skin photos unless support specifically asks for them.
