SkinGlo Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using SkinGlo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use SkinGlo.

SkinGlo is a personal skin journal and pattern tracker. It allows you to record check-ins, habits, routines, skin observations, and weekly photos, and to view possible relationships within your journal over time.

SkinGlo does not provide medical advice, diagnose skin conditions, determine causes, or replace evaluation or care from a qualified healthcare professional. Contact an appropriate professional about medical questions or concerns.

Skin and habits vary from person to person. SkinGlo does not guarantee clearer skin, a particular result, the identification of a trigger, or that journal observations will apply outside the information you choose to record.

SkinGlo grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable Apple terms. Downloads through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement↗, where applicable.

These Terms supplement, and do not attempt to recreate or replace, Apple’s licensing terms.

SkinGlo may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions:

The final price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes are shown by the App Store before you confirm purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple Account or App Store account after purchase confirmation.

SkinGlo does not promise that a free trial will be available. If SkinGlo offers an introductory trial, the purchase screen will disclose the trial duration and the price and renewal terms that apply after the trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless renewal is canceled according to Apple’s subscription-management rules. You can manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings.

Cancellation normally stops a future renewal. Access generally remains available until the end of the currently entitled period unless Apple changes, refunds, or revokes the transaction. Deleting SkinGlo’s local data does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. You can begin a request through Apple’s Report a Problem service↗.

You may use the Restore Purchases option in SkinGlo to ask Apple and the subscription service to verify eligible prior purchases associated with your Apple Account.

When membership entitlement expires, paid SkinGlo functionality becomes unavailable. Restoring an eligible purchase or resubscribing can restore access to locally retained information, subject to current app compatibility and service availability.

Local journal information is not intentionally deleted solely because membership expires. However, local data can be lost if you delete it, remove the app or device storage, change devices without an applicable transfer, or if the operating system otherwise removes it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to record, maintaining control of your device, using SkinGlo lawfully, and deciding when to seek professional care. Do not use SkinGlo for an emergency.

SkinGlo, including its software, design, text, branding, and original content, is owned by [LEGAL NAME] or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

SkinGlo may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements. Service availability may be affected by your device, iOS version, network connectivity, Apple services, RevenueCat, or maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinGlo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular health or skincare outcome. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SkinGlo. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

These terms may be updated as SkinGlo or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
